How much does Time Machine cost?

We have a variety of packages and prices. For specific quotes see the wedding packages section. We also offer discounts on weddings held Sunday-Wednesday, please contact us for details of discounts.

How long does Time Machine play for?

We play for a maximum of 3 hours and take a 15 min break to coincide with tea/coffee. If you book your DJ through Time Machine we go immediately into our disco set once the band has finished and there is no break between the two.

Can we pick our own songs?

Of course. We are happy to add songs that aren’t on our playlist once we have enough notice. We do find that our regular set works very well at keeping guests of all ages and tastes happy. We pride ourselves on being able to judge what music is needed at any given time throughout the night. However, if you would like to add a song (or remove a song), we are happy to do so. We never forget that it is your day, not ours.

Do we pick our own first dance?

This is entirely up to you. Your first dance as husband and wife is obviously a very personal event and the vast majority of couples prefer to pick their own song and this is what we suggest. If the song is not already on our playlist we need at least a week’s notice if you would like us to play the song live. Otherwise we can play the recorded version. This is what many couples prefer as it is what they are used to hearing.

How do we book Time Machine?

To book the band just pop down to see us at any of our showcases or get in touch with us via the contact us button. We will ask you to complete a booking form which can be e-mailed to you on request or obtained at our showcase. A deposit and completed booking form are BOTH required before we can confirm a booking. We will issue you with a receipt for this and from that point on we are all yours for your special day! We will make further contact with you approximately two weeks before your wedding to confirm your final requirements.

How do we pay Time Machine?

A booking deposit is payable at the time of your booking. The balance is payable in cash on the night. We generally deal with the best man on the day of your wedding. We do not accept cheque on the night. If you prefer to pay by cheque or draft, we need to receive it no later than three weeks before your wedding day. You may also pay by bank transfer in advance.
